Stuff the arms and legs firmly from the top at the opening. To stuff the long thin arms and legs, roll the stuffing around the stuffing tool, much as in a cotton swab, so you have a long thin padding of fiberfill wound all around and about half way down the length of the tool. Holding the wound tool with one finger, insert the end into the limb and gently push it down to the desired position. Stuff the legs evenly from the toe to the top. To allow movement at the wrist and elbow, stuff the arms only to the wrist. Place a pin across the wrist next to the stuffing. Resume stuffing firmly against the wrist pin and stuff to the elbow. Align the seams at the elbow, one over the other and place another pin next to the stuffing across the elbow. Resume stuffing firmly against the elbow and stuff to the top of the arm. When finished stuffing, remove the pins. If you want her to sit on a shelf or table with bent legs, put a joint in the knee in the same manner as the elbow, by breaking the stuffing with a pin.
Assembling the Doll: Turn the open end of the arms in 1/8" and pin them to the shoulders, making sure they are even and the thumbs on each hand is pointing up. Sew them in place onto the top of the shoulders.
