18" Halloween Doll
Read all the instructions before beginning.
This doll is intended to hang on a door, in a doorway, on a wall, from a cabinet knob, or anywhere else you can think of, but she will also sit on a table or shelf with a little assistance. She is meant to be a Halloween decoration for older kids or adults, but she can be toned down and made with some brighter colors and a lighter theme for small children. She can be left plain, as in folk art, or as detailed as you care to make her with needle sculpting. Make some pumpkins for her to hold from the Craft Tales Fabric Pumpkins or the Oven Baked Clay Pumpkin projects. She is made completely from muslin that is tea and coffee dyed with a small amount of other supplies, so she is economical, versatile, fast and easy to make. Did I mention fun!?!
